Telemachus project co-funded by ESA to fight the Covid-19 pandemic
Telemachus(TELEmedicine Monitoring And Collaborative HUb-and-spoke System) project is born from the collaboration among health, space, high technology, and academic sectors, Telemachus is an integrated hardware/software medical system for the remote monitoring and treatment of patients and medical staff.
The project is co-funded by European Space Agency – ESA with the objective to take actions against the COVID19 Outbreak.
This has been an incredible journey, months of preparation, endless working hours just to get things started, and it’s so exciting to see all the road ahead!
We are also very proud to be leading the consortium developing the project: g-nous, Aulab, Nextome, BionIT Labs, Sensor ID Srl, Sanilab Plus, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Lazzaro Spallanzani, ASL Bari, Policlinico Riuniti di Foggia and Politecnico di Bari.
